You can now be able to read the Harmonized Draft Constitution 2009 submitted by the Committee of Experts.The draft was released to the public and the media at launch held at the Kenya International Conference Center, plenary hall this morning.Unfortunately the download link for the Kenyan Draft Constitution website at www.coekenya.go.ke is not functioning at the moment probably due to the massive number of visits from interested persons.Kenyans are invited to read the draft,debate on it and make their submissions to the Committee of Experts.
