Tuskys Supermarket Rebrands Itself


The leading Supermarket Chain store Tuskys Supermarket has been out to re-brand itself  three years down after some negative coverage in a leading radio station and it seems they have been successful at that. The chain store was this week awarded the Super brand status by Super Brand East Africa .Tuskys's has indeed proved to be a resilient and responsive brand and consequently the chain store has experienced rapid growth leading to a portfolio of 23 outlets Countrywide .The supermarket recently opened its grand store T- Mall on Langata Road/Mbagathi Junction in Nairobi.

Only businesses that respond to customer needs and meet customer satisfaction can maintain a competitive edge in modern day economic scenario's.Indeed that aspect of concern for the image merits the favorable mention of Tuskys management in this blog.

  1. Sounds like they paid you off. This post gives no specifics on what changes they made to improve their employees working conditions. All this talk about the growth of their bottom-line is irrelevant because it could've been achieved at peril of employees just like before. Your thoughts are only valuable if the reader knows what you are in reference to.
