What was...It's a good thing for Mwangura I guess.

What was his role really in that fiasco....(sorry, I forget). Were his negotiation skills the cause of the release of that MV Faina? Or was it ransom? How do we know he wasn't profitting from it by fronting a negotiation? Should we also expect to see Samuel L Jackson arrested for marijuana possession as well?

Sorry, I just like to ask a lot of questions!Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00288215409363459147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3704903776670423286.post-49352628770864296612009-05-15T08:37:00.000+03:002009-05-15T08:37:00.000+03:00It's a good thing for Mwangura I guess.

However, on yet another occasion (a recent one being the casting of Jill Scott in the movie No.1 First Lady Detective Agency, set in Botswana), I find myself questioning the selection of an African American actor to play the part of an African, when we have a large number of very talented actors on the continent!?

I understand the idea of using a "big" name actor to sell the movie and such, but isn't it about time our African actors cut a bit of that pie???

At the very least combine a "big" name with another African big name actor!?

Indeed I hope Mwangura gets his share. We all heard about the shenanigans surrounding the compensation of the young actors in award winning Slum Dog Millionaire.Hana Njau-Okolohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15978662559579409259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3704903776670423286.post-12304729785333833902009-05-14T10:09:00.000+03:002009-05-14T10:09:00.000+03:00Wow!

Mwangura certainly has a captivating story, and if he has been doing all this mediation voluntarily then he definitely deserves the big bucks from Hollywood.

Cant wait for the movie as well as his interview on Oprah!Yipehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09469499467317802106noreply@blogger.com
